Creating A Page Break:

I. Move Cursor from where to break the page.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now we will click on the Page Break button.

Insert Blank Page:

I. Move Cursor to where the page is to be added.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now, we will click on the Blank Page button.

Insert Table:
The tables in the document are created in three ways:

I. Insert Table:
To do this, do the following steps:

Let us click the cursor in the document where the table is to be added.

* Click on Insert Tab.

* After that, we will click on the Table down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

* From that drop down menu, select the Insert Table option. After doing this, the Dialogue Box of an Insert Table will open.

 * Type the number of Row and  for new Column in that Dialogue Box and click on the OK button. Will open

II. Draw Table: - Manual table is created by this method. To do this, do the following steps.

Let us click the cursor in the document where the table is to be added.

* Click on Insert Tab.

* After that, we will click on the Table down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

From that drop down menu, we will select the Draw Table option. When doing so, the mouse turns into a pointer pencil.

* Let us draw Row and Column by dragging the mouse on the page.

III. Quick Table: - The format of the table already remains in it. With its help, you can easily create a table. Can. To do this, do the following steps:

Let us click the cursor in the document where the table is to be added.

* Click on Insert Tab.

* After that, we will click on the Table down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

* From that drop down menu, select Quick Table Option. After doing so, the list of table formats will be lost.

* From that list, select the format as per your requirement.

Insert Row / Column / Cells between existed table: - Row in the middle of the table made sometimes. It is necessary to add Column and Cell.

To add this, do the following steps:

1. Click on the cell where Row wants to add Column or Cell.

II. Click on the Layout Tab

III. Now, we will click on the Insert down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

IV. From that, you will select the option according to your requirement.

Delete Row / Column / Cell / Table between existed table:

I. Click on the cell from where Row wants to delete Column or Cell.

II. Click on the Layout Tab.

III. Now, we will click on the Delete down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

IV. From that, you will select the option according to your requirement.

Merging Table Cells: - It merges two or more cells of a table. To do this, do the following steps:

1. Select the cell you want to add.

II. Select the Layout Tab and select the Merge Cell option from it.

 Inserting a picture: - It is used to add a picture to a document. To do this . The following steps are done:

I. We will click on the document where you want to add the picture.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now we will click on the Picture button. As you do this, the Dialogue box of Insert Picture will open. .

IV. You will select the picture from that Dialogue box and click on the Insert button.

Smart At: - This is a group of Diagrams. You can easily add any type of Diagram to your document.

To do this, do the following steps:

I. In the document, click on where you want to add Smart Art.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now, we will click on Smart Art Button. After doing this, Smart Art's task pane will open.

IV. According to your requirement, select Smart Art and click on OK button

Using Clip Art: This is a picture or graphic that is needed in your document. Add accordingly. To do this, do the following steps:

I. In the document, click on where you want to add Clip Art.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now, we will click on the Clip Art button. After doing this, Task pane of Clip Art will open.

IV. You will type the name of the picture in the task pane that you want to search and then click GO button.

Inserting shapes: - To do this, do the following steps:

I. In the document, we will click on where you want to add Shape.

 II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now, we will click on the Shape button. Shape's Task pane will open as you do this.

IV. Select Shape according to your requirement from it. Click on the basic shapes button. Mouse pointer plus sign is converted to  as it is done.

V. Now let us adjust in our document by dragging the mouse.

Hyperlink: - Through Hyperlink we can link our Document with any other document

To do this, do the following steps:

1. In the document, we will click on where to create Hyperlink.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now, we will click on the Hyperlink button. After doing this, Hyperlink's Dialogue Box will open.

IV. Now in the Dialogue Box, type the name of the file to be linked and click on the OK button.

Insert Header and Footer Information: - Through this we can type any information in the Header and Footer of our document.

To do this, do the following steps:

1. First, we will click in the document.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now Header or Footer - click on the down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

IV. From this, we will select the style of Header or Footer. _

V. Now we will type the Header or Footer as per your requirement and click on the Close Header button.

Add Page Number: - By this we add Page Numbers to our document and do the following steps to do this:

1. First, we will click in the document.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now we will click on the Page Number down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

IV. From this, we will select Page Number Style.

Insert Text Box (Preformatted Box):

 To do this, do the following steps:

I. We will click on the Insert Tab.

II. Now, we will click on the Text Box down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

III. You will select the Draw Text option from it. When doing this, the mouse changes to pointer plus sign. it happens .

 VI. Now let us adjust in our document by dragging the mouse.

Inserting Word Art: - Through Word Art we create a Word in an Attractive style in a document.

To do this, do the following steps:

1. First, we will click on Document and click on Insert Tab.

II. Now we will click on the Word Art button A. As you do this, Task pane of Word Art will open.

III. Out of that, we will select Word Art as per your requirement.

IV. Now Word will type. Word Art

Drop cap: - By this, the first letter of any paragraph is dropped downwards according to the line.

II. Then we will click on the Insert Tab.

III. Now, Drop Cap A will click on the down arrow button. A drop down menu will open as you do so.

Inserting Symbols and Special Characters: - Use it to add symbols or characters that are not on the keyboard.

1. In the document, click on where you want to add Equation.

II. We will click on the Insert Tab

III. Now, we will click on the Symbol down arrow button. By doing this Symbol List opens. 

IV. will select Symbol from it according to your need.

Inserting Equation: - Mathematical Project is made by it. To do this, do the following steps:
