Formatting: - It is a technique by which Documents are improved by performing various types of tasks. Ex - enlarge or shrink the size of any text, color the text, etc. '

Format painter: - Format painter is a very important facility provided by Microsoft Word. With the help of which copying the format of any Sentence or Paragraph, any other Sentence or. Apply on Paragraph.

To do this, do the following steps:

1. Select the Sentence or Paragraph whose format is to be copied.

II. We will click on Home Tab.

III. Now click on the Format Painter down arrow button. When doing so, the mouse pointer turns into a brush.

IV. Now we will select the Sentence or Paragraph on which you want to apply this Format. .

Cut, Copy and Paste:
* Cut (Ctrl + x): - It moves any Sentence or Paragraph.
* Copy (Ctrl + C): - It copies a Sentence or Paragraph.
* Paste (Ctrl + V): - It is used to paste a cut or copied Sentence or Paragraph to another place.

                        To do this, do the following steps:

1. Select the Sentence or Paragraph that you want to cut or copy.

II. We will click on Home Tab.

III. Now we will select the Cut or Copy option as per your requirement.

IV. Now move the cursor to where you want to place the Sentence or Paragraph and select the Paste option.

(Under Font Group)
Changing Font:
1. Select the Sentence or Paragraph whose font you want to change.

II. Click on Home Tab and click on the Font Down Calibri (Body) - arrow.

III. From the open list, select Font as per your requirement.

Changing Font Size:
1. Select the Sentence or Paragraph whose font size you want to change.

II. Click on Home Tab and click on Font Size 11 - Down Arrow.

III. From the open list, select Font Size as per our requirement.

Apply Bold, Italic and Underline:

I. Select the Sentence or Paragraph on which you want to Bold, Italic and Underline.

II. We will click on Home Tab and click on these BIU-option as per your requirement. .

Apply Super Script x2) and Sub Script (X2)

• Super Script (x2): - Super Script is used to write lowercase letters over any letter.

• Sub Script x2. ): - Sub Script is used to write lowercase letters under any letter. To do this, do the following steps:

I. Type the letter on which you want to super script or sub script.

II. We will click on Home Tab.

III. Now click on Super Script x2 or Sub Script x2 according to your requirement which is under font group. Ex - (a + b) = a + ab + b ORH. So

Change text color & Highlight color:

I. Select the Sentence or Paragraph that is to be colored or Highlight Color.

II. We will click on Home Tab.

III. Now, we will click on the Triangle button of Color A or Highlight Color Option aby which is under font group. After doing this, the list of all the colors opens.

IV. From that list, select the color according to your requirement.

Ex - Supervision = Sentence Color 
       Supervision = Highlight Color

Change Case:
Change case is an important feature of Ms - Word by which any paragraph or sentence is set before typing in which case to write.

To do this, do the following steps:

I. We will click on Home Tab.
II. Now we will click on the Change case Aa down arrow button. As soon as this is done, the list of Change case disappears.

III. The following option appears in that list:

* Sentence case (first letter to be capitalized)
* lower case (to write all the characters in short)
* UPPER CASE (for capitalizing all the letters)
* Capitalize Each Word (to write the first letter of any Sentence or Paragraph each word capital)
* toggle Case (for short writing the first letter of each word of any Sentence or Paragraph.

Under paragraph group
Bullets and Numbering:
It is used to indicate Bullets and Numbering in any list.

To do this, do the following steps:

I. Select the Sentence or Paragraph that Bullets and Numbering apply want to do. '

II. We will click on Home Tab.

III. Now click on Bullets  - or Numbering  - Down arrow button as per your requirement. The list of Bullets or Numbering will open as soon as it is done.

IV. Out of that, you will choose the format of Bullets or Numbering as per your requirement.

Alignment Text:
Microsoft provides four ways to text alignment by word, which is as follows:
* Left: - In Document, Sentence is used to write from Left side.
* Center: - Used to write Sentence to a document in a Center.
* Right: - Sentence in a Document is used to write in the Right side.
* Justify: - Used to write Sentence in Document in Equal margin on both sides. goes .

To do this, do the following steps.

I. We will click on Home Tab.

II. After that, Left, Center, Right and Justify will select these options as per their requirement.

 Line Spacing:
It adjusts the line distance between paragraphs of a document.

To do this, do the following steps:
I. Select the Sentence or Paragraph whose line distance is to be adjusted.

II. We will click on Home Tab.

III. Now, we will click on the Line and Paragraph Spacing down arrow button. A list will open after doing this.

IV. From that list, we will select the amount of distance of the line.

Find: - It is used to find a word in a paragraph. To do this Find Replace O TO do the following steps:

II. Now we will click on Find button. As soon as this is done, the Dialogue box of the Find will open.

III. In the Find What field, you will type the word you want to search and click on Find Next button.

Replace: -
It is used to replace a particular word in a paragraph. To do this. The following steps are done:

I. We will click on Home Tab.

II. Now we will click on the Replace button. After doing this, the Dialogue box of the Replace will open.

III. In the Find What field, you will type the word you want to replace and in Replace with field, type the word you want to replace.

IV. Then click on the Replace button.

It is used to find Sentence according to Page Number or Line Number in a Document or Paragraph.
